This Session is a 60-minute class focusing on the glutes, abs, quads and hams, with the intent to strengthen, tone and sculpt these areas of the body.
Be prepared for a challenging but effective session that targets very specific muscles.
These group offerings are for those that want to gather friends’ family and cohorts to enjoy very specific requested fitness or choreographed sessions in addition an already created event or to create as a stand-alone event to create fun and memorable memories, depending on the request.
This will give Clients the ability to experience on-on-one consistent booked sessions with a certified Trainer, to address the personal and specific Fitness needs of the Client- with the intent to train and address specific muscles, healing as well as incorporating cardio and challenge the body to work at its highest potential.
An intake will take place at start to address any health challenges or restrictions as well as learn the Client’s goals.
