This Session is a 60-minute class focusing on full-body blitz via high-intensity bodyweight exercises with minimal equipment.
The intent is to experience plyometrics encompassing strengthen training with a combination of cardio-blasts to the body that bring the heart rate up and down to allow for rip into that stored fat.
These group offerings are for those that want to gather friends’ family and cohorts to enjoy very specific requested fitness or choreographed sessions in addition an already created event or to create as a stand-alone event to create fun and memorable memories, depending on the request.
This will give Clients the ability to experience on-on-one consistent booked sessions with a certified Trainer, to address the personal and specific Fitness needs of the Client- with the intent to train and address specific muscles, healing as well as incorporating cardio and challenge the body to work at its highest potential.
An intake will take place at start to address any health challenges or restrictions as well as learn the Client’s goals.
